Royal Oak Yard
One of a number of Norwich yards with the same name this yard is located at 130 Oak Street. It is named after the Royal Oak pub which traded from 132 Oak Street from 1806. The pub is pictured here in 1938, with the entrance to the yard on the right hand side. The pub stopped trading after being damaged during air raids in 1942, the yard was lost by 1964.
