Great White Lion Yard

The yard located at 104 - 106 St Benedict's Street, was named after the White Lion Pub which was first recorded as trading from 106, St Benedict's Street in 1760.

Pictured here in 1936 the pub survived war damage before closing in 1959 - at which time the yard was also lost.
